How long to bake scalloped potatoes

This depends on how thin the potatoes are sliced and how tall the casserole is.  Typically for scalloped potatoes that are cooked from raw, it will take 60-90 minutes. If the potatoes are blanched (par-cooked) then the cooking time in the oven will be significantly reduced and should only take 30-45 minutes in the oven.
