We’re excited to have you join us for the Potatoes USA Culinary Immersion 2024. You’re in for a culinary adventure that will forever change the way you see potatoes. Below is some helpful information for you to reference as the event approaches.

Accommodations

Rest easy knowing your accommodation is sorted for this event. The Vib Hotel is located in the popular RiNo (River North) neighborhood of Denver, and is walkable to many coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. You should receive a confirmation email for your stay upon your confirmation of attendance–please let us know if you did not receive one.

Agenda

Here is a sneak peek of a few event highlights. You will receive a detailed agenda upon arrival.

Day 1: Monday, June 17th

  • Welcome Reception: Let the festivities begin! Join us at Potatoes USA’s Denver office as we kick off the Culinary Immersion.
  • Culinary StreetDive: Explore the culinary wonders of Denver on guided tours led by local experts. From bustling food halls to artisanal eateries, experience the city’s vibrant food scene firsthand.

Day 2: Tuesday, June 18th

  • Hands-On Spud Lab Cooking Session: Meet us in our state-of-the-art kitchen to apply the education & inspiration of the past couple of days. We can’t wait to see what you cook up!

Travel & Transportation

Your flights will be booked & sent to you separately.

Upon your arrival at Denver International Airport, you’ll have a few options for transportation to Denver and your hotel (more information to come!). Transportation will be provided throughout the duration of the event, and a ride back to the airport will also be provided.
