How to make scalloped potatoes with ham.

To add ham to scalloped potatoes simply add small dices of cooked ham to the infused cream. This way the cream takes on the smoky notes of the ham. You will want to adjust the salt in the recipe if you add ham, as it could potentially be too salty.
