Description

Tender beef, coated in a secret sauce, is paired with asparagus, bell peppers, and fries for a simple but delicious dish.

Ingredients

  • 150 g Frozen Fries
  • 681 g Steak
  • 5 Stalks of Asparagus
  • 1/2 Carrot
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 5 g roasted White Sesame Seeds
  • 15 g minced Garlic
  • 15 g minced Ginger
  • 5 ml Sesame Oil
  • 5 g Hot Sauce
  • 120 ml Soy Sauce
  • 60 g Brown Sugar
  • 15 ml Olive Oil
  • Salt and Cracked Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. To a bowl, add soy sauce, brown sugar, 10 grams of minced garlic, minced ginger, sesame oil, and hot sauce to make a beef roll sauce.
  2. Air fry the fries at 200 degrees celsius for 15 minutes.
  3. Wash and cut asparagus, peel carrots and cut into strips, remove seeds from red bell pepper and cut into strips.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, add asparagus, carrots, red bell pepper, and the remaining minced garlic. Season with salt and black pepper and toss well, cooking until the vegetables are tender, and then remove from pan.
  5. Slice the steak into thin strips, lay the cooked vegetables across the middle of a strip, roll up, and secure with toothpicks. Brush on beef roll sauce.
  6. Preheat a pan over medium heat and fry the beef rolls until your preferred doneness, then sprinkle with roasted white sesame seeds.
