Ingredients

  • Tots
  • 4 Eggs
  • 3 Pieces of Bacon
  • Tater Tots
  • Shredded Cheese
  • Favorite Salsa
  • Sour Cream
  • Flour Tortillas
  • Sea salt and black pepper

Preparation

  1. Turn oven on to 375 and bake tots for 20 to 25 minutes or until crispy and hot.
  2. Crack four eggs into a small bowl and whisk together with a whisk. Cook in nonstick pan and scramble with a spatula until cooked through, season lightly with salt and black pepper.
  3. Cook three slices of your favorite bacon, until crispy or desired doneness.
  4. Shred 1/2 cup of your favorite cheese.
  5. Grab your salsa, sour cream, and favorite hot sauce.
  6. Place your flour tortilla on your plate and cover it with plastic and put it in the microwave for 15 seconds. Take off the plastic wrap, then add your crispy warm tater tots, scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, shredded cheese, salsa, and favorite hot sauce.
  7. Add sour cream, avocado or guacamole to make them extra special. Enjoy!
