Ingredients

  • 2 Russet potatoes
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • Za’atar

Preparation

  1. Sous vide yogurt for 12 hours at 74˚C until caramelized.
  2. Roast potatoes in charcoal until black and fluffy consistency when cut open.
  3. Plate potatoes. Top with a dollop of caramelized yogurt and season with Za’atar.
