Description

Golden brown crispy hash brown patties topped with succulent deli ham, light and fluffy scrambled eggs and luscious melted cheese as a breakfast sandwich.

Ingredients

  • 48 each Hash Brown Patties
  • 32 each Large Eggs or 48 oz liquid eggs (Scrambled)
  • 3 cups (453g) Deli Turkey Ham (Chopped)
  • 1 ¼ cup (353g) Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)
  • 3 cups (720ml) Salsa

Preparation

  1. Gather all ingredients and equipment.
  2. Dice deli ham. Set aside.
  3. Bake hash brown patties on sheet tray in a 400°F (204°C) for 12-15 minutes or according to manufactures recommendations. Remove, allow to cool slightly, or hold at 140°F (60°C).
  4. Scramble eggs and hold at 140°F (60°C)
  5. To assemble, lay down hash brown patties on sheet tray, top with scrambled eggs (2 Tbsp), add deli ham (2 Tbsp) then sprinkle shredded cheese (½ Tbsp) on top per hash brown patty. Put sheet tray in the 350°F (177°C) for 2 minutes or just until cheese is melted. Serve 2 loaded hash browns as serving portion.

  • 2 oz MMA
