  • 6 ounces waffle fries
  • 2 tablespoons olives
  • 2 tablespoons marinated tomatoes
  • herbs, chopped (parsley, chives)
  • 2 tablespoons feta cheese
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 1 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Pinch kosher salt
  • 3 turns, black pepper, fresh ground
  • 2 tablespoons, tzatziki sauce


  1. Fry waffle fries until crisp.
  2. While hot, toss in a bowl with remaining ingredients except for tzatziki sauce.
  3. Plate and top with tzatziki sauce.
