No need for a pita when making this pizza, using hash browns that stack, and you’ll never go back. Sauce that stripes will resemble that hat, that one worn by a mischievous cat. Stuff the patties with pepperoni and cheese, this will be a meal that’s sure to please.

  • 96 each Frozen Hash Brown Patties
  • 96 ounces Mozzarella Cheese, Part Skim, Shredded
  • 48 ounces Sliced Turkey Pepperoni
  • 72 fluid ounces Marinara Sauce, Prepared

  1. Preheat an oven to 425 F.
  2. Arrange the hash brown patties on a parchment lined baking sheet.  Bake the hash browns at 425 F for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  3. Heat the sauce 165 F and hold at 140 F for no more than 4 hours.
  4. Remove from the oven and top each of the hash brown patties with ~1 ounce (#40 scoop) of shredded mozzarella, on every other hash brown patty place 1 ounce (4 slices) of pepperoni.  Return to the oven and bake for 3-5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  5. To serve, place a hash brown patty with the pepperoni on the serving tray.  Top that patty with a patty that has no pepperoni. Using a ½ ounce ladle, ladle 2 stripes of sauce.
