Ingredients

  • 1/2 c Almond Milk
  • 1/2 c Dehydrated Potato Flakes
  • 6 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1/3 c Agave
  • 16 oz Cottage Cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Coffee Powder

  • 1/4 c Berries
  • Sliced Almonds (optional)
  • Mini Chocolate Chips (optional)

Preparation

  1. In blender or food processor, add the almond milk, potato flakes, cocoa powder, agave, cottage cheese, and coffee powder.
  2. Blend until smooth. Scrape down the sides, ensuring to fold in anything unblended. Blend once more.
  3. Pour into small jars and store in the fridge for up to 3 days. Serve with fresh berries.
