The cool deli meat and fresh vegetables against the crispy and rich hashbrowns create a spectacular experience.

Ingredients

  • 6 slices of Deli Turkey
  • 4 slices of Bacon, cooked
  • 1/2 C Romaine Lettuce
  • 2 Tomato slices
  • 1 tbsp Mayo
  • 2 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 6 Hash Brown Patties, frozen

Preparation

1.) Bake hash brown patties according to package instructions until they are crisp and golden brown. This can be done in an air fryer.

2.) While baking the hash browns, cook off your bacon slices on a nonstick sauté pan or in the oven.

3.) Once everything is cooked, begin to build your spudwiches. Divide the ingredients among the 2 sandwiches. Start with two hashbrowns for each bottom, then add the turkey, cheese, and bacon to each one, followed by a secondary hash brown patty. On top of that patty, add the lettuce and tomato. Spread the mayo on the third hash brow to top it off.
