Ingredients

  • 1 each (1 lb.) Pizza Crust
  • 1 cup Prepared Vindaloo Sauce (Korma Sauce can be subbed)
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella
  • 8 ounces (1 cup) Sliced Yellow Potatoes, cooked
  • 8 ounces Grilled Chicken Breast, sliced
  • ¼ pound Sliced Red Onion, sliced ¼ inch thick
  • 3 each Garlic Cloves, sliced thin
  • 2 each Jalapenos, sliced thin
  • ¼ cup Green Onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro, chopped

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 °F and arrange a rack on the lowest position of the oven.
  2. Spread the pizza dough out into a 12-inch circle onto a sheet pan lined with a silicon baking mat, parchment paper or lightly oiled aluminum foil.
  3. In a large bowl combine the sauce with the cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Spread the sauce on the pizza dough, leaving a 1-inch gap for the crust.
  5. Sprinkle the mozzarella on top of the sauce and arrange the cooked potato slices, grilled chicken, red onion, garlic, and Jalapenos on top of the pizza.
  6. Bake the pizza for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is nice and golden.
  7. Remove the pizza from the oven and top with the green onions and chopped cilantro. Enjoy!
