Favorite Potato Recipe or Potato Hack: Totchos, which are basically turning tater tots into a nacho-style dish. The student favorite is our Italian Totchos, where we top the tots with a hearty meat sauce and then melt mozzarella cheese on top. They then have the option to top with Parmesan and add fresh veggies on top. We are still working on additional options including breakfast and south of the border totcho recipes!
