Description

Golden and crispy hash browns nestled in a medley of lettuce, cheese, and sauce, wrapped in a tortilla. A delicious and easy on-the-go breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 2 Flour Tortillas, 6" size
  • 4 tbsp Medium Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 Cup Iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 2 Hash Brown Patties, frozen
  • 2 tbsp Ranch or Honey Mustard
  • 1/2 C Popcorn Chicken, frozen (optional)

Preparation

1.) Preheat an oven or air fryer to 400 degrees F. Place the hash brown patties in a single layer on a nonstick baking tray or on a foil-lined tray lightly sprayed with cooking oil.

2.) Bake for 7 minutes, flip the patties over, and continue baking for an additional 7-8 minutes or until the patties reach your desired level of doneness. They should be golden brown in color.

3.) If using popcorn chicken, cook according to package instructions. These can also be cooked in the air fryer.

4.) Once the cooked elements are prepared, build your wraps. Lay the tortillas down and spread on your desired sauce (honey mustard or ranch). Slice the hash browns in half and shingle the pieces on top of the sauce, then layer your chicken, lettuce, and cheese on top and fold. Enjoy!
