Description

A delicious collision of classic and crave-worthy, these loaded fries promise to be a crowd-pleaser for any occasion. Dive into this recipe to experience the best of both worlds- irresistible crispy fries and beloved chicken club flavors.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt & pepper or, to taste
  • 2 C frozen fries, whichever cut you prefer
  • 3/4 C shredded chicken, prepared
  • 1/2 C shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 C cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 2 sliced of Swiss cheese, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt Ranch

Preparation

1.) Preheat an air fryer or oven to 450 F. Place fries in the basket in a single layer. Alternatively, spread them evenly on a parchment-lined baking tray. Bake for 7-8 minutes. Remove the basket or tray and briefly shake it to promote even heating. Bake for an additional 6-8 minutes or until golden. Immediately, salt and pepper the fries to taste while they are still hot.

2.) Reheat your chicken and cook bacon if needed. Chop and prepare accordingly.

3.) Once the fries are ready, top them with the chopped bacon, shredded chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and Swiss cheese, and finish with a drizzle of Greek Yogurt ranch. Meant to be eaten with a fork, enjoy!
