  • 1 quart (960ml)​​​ Buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoons (14g)​​ Smoked Paprika
  • 2 tablespoons (32g)​​ Kosher Salt
  • 1.5 tablespoons (10g)​​ Garlic Powder
  • 1 tablespoon (7g)​​​ Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon (3g)​​ ​Cayenne Pepper
  • 2 teaspoon (6g)​​​ Poultry Seasoning
  • 2 teaspoon (6g)​​​ White Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon (18g)​ ​Chicken Bouillon Powder
