A simple 2-Ingredient, flavorful side dish of mashed potatoes that your family will love.


  • 1 lb. petite potatoes
  • 8 oz. herbed cream cheese
  • Green onion (optional topping)


  1. Boil petite potatoes in pot of water for 10-15 minutes, or until tender.
  2. Drain potatoes, add to large bowl.
  3. Add cream cheese, mix with potato masher to desired consistency.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
