Description

There’s nothing better than a meal that comes together on a sheet pan, right? Super simple one-pan meal with just a combination of red potatoes, green beans, and chicken apple sausage that can be done two ways.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups chopped (quartered) red potatoes
  • 3 (12 ounces/ 452g) chicken & apple chicken sausages
  • 2 cups green beans
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt, pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Honey Mustard Sauce

  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • Dash of pepper

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 400 °F.
  • Cut up potatoes, chicken sausage, and green beans.
  • In a bowl, add potatoes. Coat with avocado oil, sea salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-23 minutes. Flipping halfway through.
  • Take out of the oven and add chicken sausage and green beans. Spray with avocado oil spray, sea salt & pepper. Bake for 20 more minutes.
  • Prepare honey mustard sauce by combining ingredients.
  • Take the sheet pan out of the oven and pour into a large bowl. Add honey mustard sauce to combine. Place back in the oven for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
