Ingredients

  • 16 ea. (960 g) Hash brown patty, frozen
  • 8 ea. (448 g) Eggs, whole
  • 8 ea. (160 g) White American Cheese Singles
  • 8 ea. (453 g) Sausage patty (2 oz) OR 16 strips (453 g) Bacon, thick cut (1 oz) OR 16 ea. (453 g) Ham, deli slices (1 oz)
  • As needed Vegetable oil

Preparation

  1. Gather all ingredients and equipment needed.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (176°C).
  3. Place the bacon or sausage (if using) evenly spread out into the air fryer, cook for 7-8 minutes or until bacon is browned and crispy or sausage patties are fully cooked. Remove the bacon or sausage patties from the air fryer and drain the grease. Place them on a paper towel-lined plate and let cool slightly.
  4. Place frozen hash brown patties in the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes until light golden brown and crispy. Remove hash brown patties from the air fryer and set aside.
  5. In a frying pan or skillet, on medium-high heat, add oil, and eggs and cook to desired preference, scrambled or fried. Let cool slightly. Set it aside.
  6. To assemble, place half of the hash brown patties on the air fryer grate then lay choice of protein: bacon, sausage patty or deli ham slices, then gently lay cooked egg over top of the meat, top with cheese, and then finish with the other hash brown patty to make a sandwich. Close the air fryer and cook for 30 seconds until the cheese is melty. Then enjoy.
