Description

Bringing together all the flavors of a classic sandwich, this irresistible BLT dip combines crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, and juicy tomatoes in a creamy base of Greek yogurt and green onions. Serve it with crunchy, homemade French onion air fryer chips.

Ingredients

+

Air Fryer Chips

  • 6-8 (800 g) Medium Russet Potatoes, Sliced lengthwise, 1/8-inch thick
  • 1 pkg French Onion Soup Mix
  • Salt & Pepper (optional)
+

BLT Dip

  • 3 slices (130 g) Bacon
  • 1 c (50 g) Romaine, chopped
  • 3/4 c (110 g) Cherry Tomatoes, quartered
  • 1/4 c (10 g) Green Onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 c (560 g) Greek Yogurt

Preparation

Preparing the Chips

  1. Wash potatoes thoroughly and pat dry. Slice them evenly into 1/8-inch thick lengthwise sections.
    • Note: You can use a mandolin to do this if you want them super thin and crispy.
  2. Spray the slices lightly with a neutral oil, season with the French Onion Soup Mix.
  3. Place the seasoned slices in the basket of a 425° air fryer for 20 minutes. This can be done in multiple batches to avoid crowding the fryer basket.

Preparing the Dip

  1. While the potatoes are roasting, cook your bacon and chop into small pieces.
  2. Chop your romaine, tomatoes, and green onions, aiming for small, equally-sized pieces.
  3. Combine the Greek yogurt with the green onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and add mixture to a serving dish. Top with the romaine, tomatoes, and bacon.
  4. Serve alongside the air fryer chips and enjoy!
