Caesar Dressing

  • 1 medium Yellow potato (5.3 oz), peeled, boiled
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Shallots (22 g)
  • ½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil (118 mL)
  • 4 tsp Lemon Juice (23g)
  • ½ tsp Salt (3g)
  • 2 Anchovy Fillets
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, whole
  • 2 tsp Dijon Mustard (11g)
  • 3 tbsp Nutritional Yeast (51g)
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper (2g)
  • ½ cup + 2 tbsp Cold Water (5oz)

Preparation

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into evenly sized pieces. Boil until they’re tender enough to pierce easily with a fork, then let them cool slightly.
