  • 1 Cup Self Rising Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Instant Dashi Granules
  • 3 Eggs, Whole
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1/3 Cup Kimchee Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Green Onions Sliced Thinly
  • 7 1/2 Cups Instant Mashed Potatoes, Cooked on stove top per directions, butter & milk per directions
  • 1/4 Cup Tofu, Silken Drained in Sieve of moisture
  • 1/2 Slice of Bacon, Cooked
  • 2 Tablespoons Picked Ginger, Red


1. Whisk flour and dashi granules together in mixing bowl.
2. Whisk eggs and water together
3. Mix dry and wet to create batter.
4. Add in kimchee, green onions, instant mashed potatoes, tofu and bacon folding together
5. Let rest 15 min.
6. On hot skillet or pan make pancakes lightly browning.
