  • Frozen Fries (shoestring) 200 g
  • Beni-shoga (red pickled ginger) 3 g
  • Okonomiyaki Sauce 20 g
  • Mayonnaise 8 g
  • Dired Green Levars
  • Died Bontio Shavings 1 g


  1. Roughly mince the beni-shoga (red pickled ginger).
  2. Deep-fry the potatoes in oil.
  3. When ready to serve drizzle with okonomiyaki sauce, and mayonnaise. Ddd dried green laver and dried bonito shavings.
