Serves 24 Portion size: Four 1-ounce balls/ 114g

Ingredients

  • 9 cups Rolled Oats, Dry
  • 1 cups Raisins
  • 3 tablespoons Cinnamon, Ground
  • 7 cups Mashed Potatoes, Prepared
  • 1 cups Sunflower Butter
  • 1 cups Maple Syrup

Preparation

  1. Combine all the ingredients together in a large bowl and stir to combine.
  2. Using a #30 portion scoop, scoop/portion out bites
  3. Using gloved hands lightly sprayed with pan spray, roll the scooped bites into balls.
  4.  Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Serve Chilled. Enjoy!

Meal Components: 1-ounce whole-grain equivalent, ¼ cup starchy vegetable, 0.5 ounces of meat/ meat alternative

Note: Recommend serving four potato bites with a serving of fruit, hard-boiled eggs, and a fruit smoothie.
